Tracking Your Orders
Most of orders are to be sent within 1-3 business days from Mon to Sat (unless otherwise indicated or notified) and an email notification will be sent informing you of tracking information afterwards.
If you don't see our email notification in your email inbox, please check the Junk Mail / SPAM folder. Certainly, you may also contact us for update of delivery status.
In our email, we will state clearly (i) the items included in this shipment, (ii) sent date, (iii) shipping address and (iv) tracking number. You may enter the tracking number in the coressponding links below to retrieve the current shipping status.
Hong Kong Post Tracking Number
EMS / Speedpost (EA*********HK); takes about 3-7 working days to arrive.
Air Parcel Mail (CP*********HK); takes about 7-18 working days to arrive.
Registered Airmail ( RB*********HK / RC*********HK / LK*********HK / LX*********HK / AY*********HK ); takes about 14~21 working days to arrive.
Singapore Post Tracking Number
Registered Airmail (RQ*********SG); takes about 14~21 working days to arrive. Shipments with these types of tracking number are processed by Sing Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for information updated on Sing Post.
Swiss Post Tracking Number
Registered Airmail (RS*********CH) or (18 digits tracking number); takes about 14~21 working days to arrive. Shipments with these types of tracking number are processed by Swiss Post.
